In conjunction with the "Hibitokeba Sakai 2026" event, we will be holding a greeting event where you can take photos with Miyakumyaku. Please take this opportunity to enjoy a special moment with Miyakumyaku in Sakai City. Please note that this event will be held by advance lottery. Please read the details below before applying.

*The event will be held on March 20, 2026 (Friday, national holiday) in the rain but will be cancelled in the event of severe weather. If the event is cancelled, we will announce it on this page.

*Only on March 20th (Friday, national holiday), even those who have not been selected will be able to watch the photo session from around the venue (outside the traffic cones).

How to apply

Please apply using the application form below.

*This event will be held by advance lottery. There will be no reception or distribution of numbered tickets on the day.

*Applications can only be made for one day, either March 20th (Friday, national holiday) or March 21st (Saturday)..

　You cannot specify the session you wish to attend, so please check your schedule before applying.

*Only winners will be contacted by email on Tuesday, March 17th. The participation time will also be announced at that time.

Photo session flow

・Registration will begin 45 minutes before the start time, which will be notified to you by email if you are selected.

- Please present your winning information to the reception staff and complete the reception 15 minutes before the start time.

- At the start of the event, please be sure to arrive in full and wait in the location designated by the staff.

・The maximum photo shoot time per group is 30 seconds.

- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.

・The photo shoot participation time may vary depending on the situation on the day.

 

Points to note

<About application>

・This event will be held by lottery in advance.

・Only successful applicants can participate in the photo session.

If you have a companion, please include them in the number of people you apply for.

・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children are counted as one person regardless of age.

・Applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are swapped will be invalid.

・The transfer or resale of winning rights is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is confirmed, the winning rights will be invalidated.

- We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.

 

<About reception>

・Registration begins 45 minutes before the start of each session. Please complete registration at least 15 minutes before the start of each session.

If your registration is not confirmed by the start time, your reservation will be cancelled.

- At the start of the event, please be sure to arrive in full and wait in the location designated by the staff.

・Please note that we will not be able to reschedule due to transportation delays, etc.

 

<About the shoot>

・You can take photos with Myakumyaku.

・Photography will be done on one device belonging to the representative.

・You may interact with the characters, but please follow the instructions of staff.

・Staff will handle the photography. (We will handle cameras, smartphones, etc. entrusted to us during the photo shoot with the utmost care, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or malfunction.)

- We cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury caused by not following the instructions of staff.

Live streaming is not permitted.

 

<About viewing>

・Only those who have not been selected for the photo session on Friday, March 20th (national holiday) can watch the photo session from around the venue (outside the traffic cones). (On Saturday, March 21st, only those who have been selected will be able to watch.)

・When taking photos of this event, please be careful not to include other customers in the photos.

・Depending on the level of congestion, viewing locations and viewing methods may be restricted.

・Please follow the instructions of the staff when viewing the exhibit.

Live streaming is not permitted.

 

<Others>

- Please put away any food, drinks, umbrellas, and other belongings beforehand or place them in the luggage area to prevent the Myakumyaku from getting wet or dirty.

・We cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise if you take photos of other customers without their permission.

・Media coverage and filming for the city's public relations purposes may occur during the event. Photos and videos taken by the city may be used in various materials such as official websites (websites, social media, etc.) and reports.

・Depending on the situation on the day, the content may be changed or canceled.
